Juicing is one of the fastest and easiest ways to nourish your body. You can get the benefits from a bunch of different fruits and vegetables all in one glass of juice. Since fruits and vegetable are mostly fiber, juicing allows you to get all the wonderful nutritional benefits to your body quickly and in large quantities without all the fiber. A juicing machine takes the juice out of fruits and vegetable and leaves the fiber behind. If you don't have a juicing machine, you can also make fresh juice by blending your fruits and vegetable in a blender then pouring the contents into a large bowl lined with a cheesecloth.
